All Care Plans start at the beginning of every month. Analytic reviews are done the first week of a new month for the previous month's data. Changes and edits, if required, are made within 5 business days. Billing is done in advance and payment is due on the 1st day of the month. Minimum contract of four months applies. Cancel at any time, except for Refresh option which requires a 12 month contract as it includes a refreshed website.

What if I need a change and I don't have a care plan in place?
If you don't have a care plan in place, there is a €60 change fee for single updates which covers up to 20 minutes in time and enables us so we can continue to provide good support. Work that takes an hour is billed at €150. Updates will be done within seven business days. Emergency changes incur a €90 fee and are done within a few hours or as soon as is possible. This is for emergency updates that take no more than 30 minutes. A quote will be provided for longer updates and will be based on a similar scale. Emergency updates are done within a few hours. Details of third parties that may process personal data on our behalf (Data Processing Organisations, DPOs). IMPULSEHUB uses a number of DPOs that process personal data on our behalf. These include (but not limited to) Strikingly, Google (gsuite), Paypal, GoCardless, SumUp, Mailchimp, Email Octopus, One Page CRM, Jotforms, Fastpages.io, Ticket Tailor and Eventbrite. We have satisfied ourselves that these DPOs are GDPR compliant, that they will take measures to keep your personal data safe and they will process your information in accordance with Irish and EU law. How long we will keep your data In keeping with the data protection principles, we will only store your data for as long as is necessary. Your rights You have various rights under data protection law, subject to certain exemptions, in connection with our processing of your personal data, including the right to withdraw your consent to processing your data or to using your information to send you communications from IMPULSEHUB.
