  • All Care Plans start at the beginning of every month. Analytic reviews are done the first week of a new month for the previous month's data. Changes and edits, if required, are made within 5 business days. Billing is done in advance and payment is due on the 1st day of the month. Minimum contract of four months applies. Cancel at any time, except for Refresh option which requires a 12 month contract as it includes a refreshed website.

    Unlimited Site Changes

    • Can be text (testimonials, awards), images, corrections or tweaks to functionality 
    • We use your customer supplied information

    Unlimited content changes and tweaks apply to existing pages and functionality and not to re-design or new web pages.

    Blog Updates

    • We’ll review your written article and make sure it’s formatted correctly. 
    • Spellings, grammer and links are checked. 
    • We’ll read each article and apply correct tags and meta descriptions for SEO
  • Refresh Option

    Get a Refresh of Your Website Once a Year. An Easy Way to keep Your Website Looking Good.

    Unlimited Site Changes

    • We'll refresh your website so it looks current. 
    • Have consultation with you to understand where you are now and where you want to go
    • Review flow and design of your site based on your business goals. 
    • Do a graphical Assets review to check these are up to date and current. We'll update these if required.
    • Review and update each page of your site based on content accuracy, and relevancy. We'll check for old offers, old products, old features or services and time-sensitive information.
    • Do a content audit for blog pages

    Annual website refresh is available once 12 monthly payments have been made unless agreed otherwise.

    Tech Review

    • We'll review your site based on new technological developments -- i.e., mobile first, local search, voice, security
    • Mobile review - we'll look at whether appropriate options are being used or are needed for mobile
    • This is done periodically as needed and
      is available on the PRO Care Plan.
  • What if I need a change and I don't have a care plan in place?

    If you don't have a care plan in place, there is a €60 change fee for single updates which covers up to 20 minutes in time and enables us so we can continue to provide good support. Work that takes an hour is billed at €150. Updates will be done within seven business days. Emergency changes incur a €90 fee and are done within a few hours or as soon as is possible. This is for emergency updates that take no more than 30 minutes. A quote will be provided for longer updates and will be based on a similar scale. Emergency updates are done within a few hours. Who we are

How we collect your personal data

We collect your data from you when you complete our Contact Form, when you make a purchase on our site, attend an event, training or course, or when you call or contact us directly through our website or by phone.  We use this information only in accordance with the purposes outlined in this notice.

We also receive information through referrals and this information is used to enable communication between us and the referred party.

We may also receive information from you at networking events such as if you give us a business card. 

The purpose and legal basis for collecting your data

Any personal data that you provide to us directly, either via our contact form, through a purchase, from attending an event, training, webinar or course, from a networking event, or when you call or contact us directly will be processed fairly and lawfully.

It will be used for the purposes of recording your data, processing a service request and/or notifying you of relevant IMPULSEHUB communications.

The Data Protection Acts allows us to process your data because you have provided your explicit consent.  You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.  If you do withdraw your consent, IMPULSEHUB will no longer process your personal data and will take steps to delete all reference to your data securely.

Details of third parties that may process personal data on our behalf (Data Processing Organisations, DPOs).

IMPULSEHUB uses a number of DPOs that process personal data on our behalf. These include (but not limited to) Strikingly, Google (gsuite), Paypal, GoCardless, SumUp, Mailchimp, Email Octopus, One Page CRM, Jotforms, Fastpages.io, Ticket Tailor and Eventbrite. We have satisfied ourselves that these DPOs are GDPR compliant, that they will take measures to keep your personal data safe and they will process your information in accordance with Irish and EU law.  

How long we will keep your data

In keeping with the data protection principles, we will only store your data for as long as is necessary.  

Your rights
You have various rights under data protection law, subject to certain exemptions, in connection with our processing of your personal data, including the right to withdraw your consent to processing your data or to using your information to send you communications from IMPULSEHUB.
