Maintenance packages are a good way to keep your site working for you and give you peace of mind. Monthly checks and reviews of both your site and your analytics go a long way to keeping you in the know and be in a better position to move your business forward. Both are included in the Starter Pack.
Additional options are available in the Standard and Premium Packs. These include the Update or Refresh option (see below). Add the Update option in the Standard Pack or get both with a Premium Pack.
The Starter Package includes a Monthly Health and Visual Check plus an Analytics Review. We'll keep a regular eye on your online business and make recommendations as needed. This helps you see trends and what's happening online so you can stay on top of your business and take action if needed.

For businesses who make regular updates to their site and/or wish to have an annual website refresh, two options are available to help. These keep your site fresh and relevant.

All Maintenance Support Packages start at the beginning of every month. Analytic reviews are done the first week of a new month for the previous month's data. Changes and edits, if required, are made within 3 business days. Billing is done in advance on the 3rd day of the month. Minimum contract of four months applies and then goes to month to month. Cancel at any time, except for Refresh option which has a 12 month commitment.

What if I need a change and I don't have a maintenance retainer in place?
For those who don't have a retainer in place, there is a €40 change fee for single updates which covers up to 15 minutes in time and enables us so we can continue to support you. Work that takes an hour is billed at €120. Updates will be done within seven business days. Emergency changes incur a €80 fee for those not on retainer and are done within a few hours or as soon as is possible. This is for emergency updates that take no more than 20 minutes.
